Dr. Dev completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University and Cal State University, Long Beach. He studied Medical Ethics at Oxford and Biomedical Sciences at UCSD, and earned his M.D. degree at Ross University in New Jersey. Dr. Dev is an assistant clinical professor at the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Institute at the University of California, Irvine. He is a candidate for membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.
